Responsibilities Work schedule: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM (12-hour shift) Supervise a group of approximately 15 production employees according to the company's needs, in the most efficient way possible Ensure that all operators and laborers work optimally in compliance with their training, procedures, regulations, and company policies Know and comply with quality and food safety standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies Cover break replacements on the production line under your responsibility Ensure that the necessary materials and resources are available to meet production goals Meet deadlines while ensuring product quality Inspect the workplace daily to ensure cleanliness and safety; apply corrective measures as needed and follow up Document management and production activities (logs + performance indicators) Propose ideas for continuous improvement processes Welcome and onboard new staff Ensure and coordinate training of production employees regarding their tasks, safety standards, and company policies Evaluate staff based on attendance, work quality, attitude, and established standards and objectives Develop individual development plans with employees to improve performance Manage interpersonal and group conflicts in a healthy and effective manner Intervene when an employee's performance is unsatisfactory and apply disciplinary measures when necessary Act as a technical resource for employees Lead efficient team meetings Motivate the team by recognizing good work and providing feedback
