As a Logistics Specialist, you will focus on managing last-mile delivery operations and ensuring seamless coordination with our first-mile logistics team to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer experience.
Oversee daily courier and last-mile delivery processes to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
Handle claims, delays, or exceptions efficiently, providing quick solutions and communication with internal teams.
Coordination & Cost Control
Collaborate with the first-mile and warehouse teams to align shipment handoffs and improve overall logistics flow.
Review and reconcile courier invoices and shipping costs, ensuring accuracy and budget compliance.
Identify opportunities to streamline courier workflows and improve delivery performance.
Generate periodic logistics reports, analyzing delivery success rates, costs, and service quality metrics.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management; experience in eCommerce is an asset.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Language:  Proficiency in Mandarin is an asset for communication with overseas teams and suppliers.
