Job Title: Technology Lead - Java Fullstack Location: Edmonton/Calgary, AB. Duration: Full-Time Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Information Technology. Proven track record of at least 6 years in Java application development. Strong expertise with Spring Boot development for a minimum of 3 years. Technical Skills & Experience Proficiency in Java programming, including multi-tier application design and development. Experience with React JS and Node JS frameworks for front-end development. In-depth knowledge of RESTful web services and microservices architecture. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Previous exposure to the Healthcare Industry, understanding regulatory requirements and best practices. Experience working in a Global delivery environment, managing remote teams and clients.
