Nous cherchons un·e développeur·se full stack passionné·e par les technos modernes, surtout Node.js, TypeScript, React et Next.js .pour rejoindre nos équipes de développement et contribuer à des projets d'envergure à long terme. Tes responsabilités Contribuer activement à la livraison des récits dans une ou deux équipes Agile de haut niveau (sprints de 3 semaines). Participer aux ateliers de raffinement, aux revues de conception, de code et de sécurité. Concevoir, développer et optimiser des applications web performantes, en front-end comme en back-end. Participer à la maintenance, l'amélioration et l'évolution de plusieurs applications critiques. S'assurer que les solutions livrées respectent l'architecture, les bonnes pratiques et les standards techniques établis. Collaborer étroitement avec les autres développeurs, les équipes TI et les partenaires (ex : Salesforce, API internes). Contribuer à la modernisation des pratiques : outillage, IA générative, automatisation, qualité logicielle. Participer à la rotation 24/7 mensuelle pour le support applicatif. Stack & environnement technique Backend / Full Stack : Node.js, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot (selon projet). Front-end : React, Next.js (atout selon projets). Bases de données : SQL relationnelles, MongoDB (atout). Environnements : Salesforce (intérêt requis, expertise non obligatoire). Architecture : Microservices, API RESTful, Event-driven (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Axon). Méthodologie : Agile / Scrum – sprints de 3 semaines. Outils modernes : GitHub Copilot, Cursor, intégration d'APIs et LLMs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, Azure OpenAI). Profil recherché Expérience : idéalement 8 ans en développement full stack Maîtrise avancée de Node.js, TypeScript, React, Next.js et MongoDB . Solide expérience dans des environnements grande entreprise (banques, assurances, institutions financières), avec exposition à la sécurité, conformité et monitoring. Mentalité startup : autonomie, débrouillardise, flexibilité. Excellente communication et capacité à gérer les désaccords techniques avec maturité. Curiosité et intérêt marqué pour l' intelligence artificielle et le développement assisté par IA. Bilinguisme (français/anglais) à l'oral et à l'écrit.
