NEUF cherche un technologue en architecture senior - surveillance de chantier pour joindre son équipe à Ottawa. En collaboration directe avec un architecte associé et le directeur du bureau d'Ottawa, le technologue en architecture senior - surveillance de chantier participera activement à des projets résidentiels et commerciaux au sein d'une équipe collaborative. Ce rôle de leadership implique la formation et l'encadrement des membres juniors et intermédiaires de l'équipe durant la phase de construction, ainsi que la réalisation directe de certaines tâches liées à l'administration de la construction. TON QUOTIDIEN Encadrer et former les membres juniors et intermédiaires de l'équipe durant la phase de construction des projets ; Collaborer étroitement avec l'architecte de projet, le chargé de projet et l'architecte associé ; Effectuer des visites et/ou inspections de chantier, rédiger des rapports (via la plateforme Procore) et assurer les suivis ; Évaluer et commenter les demandes de paiement ; Préparer et émettre les certificats de paiement ; Analyser et commenter les coûts liés aux changements ; Assurer le suivi des QRT/RFI avec l'entrepreneur général ; Coordonner les changements avec les autres disciplines ; Organiser et participer activement aux réunions d'équipe ; Agir comme ressource pour les dessins d'atelier et les fiches techniques ; Représenter NEUF lors des réunions de chantier avec l'entrepreneur et le client (suivi avec les équipes d'architecture et de design intérieur / rédaction des comptes rendus) ; Définir les priorités en fonction des besoins du chantier ; Valider et commenter les directives avant leur diffusion. YOUR ROLE Do you want to take part in ambitious projects and play a key role in shaping the future of our cities? NEUF is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist - Site Supervision to join its team in Ottawa. In direct collaboration with a Partner Architect and the Ottawa Office Director, the Senior Architectural Technologist - Site Supervision will actively contribute to residential projects within a collaborative team environment. The leadership role involves training and coaching junior and intermediate team members during the construction phase, as well as performing some of the construction administration directly. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Coach and train junior and intermediate team members during the construction phase of projects ; Collaborate with the Project Architect, Project Manager, and Partner Architect ; Carry out site visits and/or inspections, writing reports (Procore platform) and follow-ups ; Assess and comment on requests for payment ; Prepare and issue payment certificates ; Assess and comment on the cost of changes ; Follow up on QRT/RFI with the general contractor ; Coordinate changes with other disciplines ; Organize and participate in team meetings ; Constitute a team resource for shop drawings and technical data sheets ; Represent NEUF at site meetings with Contractor and Client (followed by coordination with the architecture and interior design team/prepare meeting summaries) ; Responsible for establishing priorities according to site needs ; Validate and comment on instructions prior to issuance.
