Senior Graphic Designer

*About the Role* We're looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on senior graphic designer to join our growing team. This hybrid role blends creative execution with strategic thinking across digital and physical touchpoints. You'll lead small-scale initiatives, contribute to brand development, and produce high-quality visual assets that elevate our product storytelling. Strong graphic design skills and UX/UI sensibility are essential, along with the ability to stay organized and drive projects forward. *Key Responsibilities**Marketing Execution & Project Management (40%)** Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels * Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across cross-functional teams * Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints * Assist in planning and executing product launches, promotions, and showroom updates *Graphic Design & UX/UI (60%)** Create compelling visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)* Design responsive layouts for web, email, and product configurators * Collaborate with developers and content teams to ensure seamless implementation * Apply UX/UI principles to improve customer journeys and product engagement * Use Figma or similar tools to produce wireframes and mockups *Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design / marketing * 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI, marketing * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (or equivalent tools)* Strong organizational and time management skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Collaborative mindset with emerging leadership skills *Preferred Qualifications** Experience in product marketing or home improvement/interior design industries * Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $43,863.33-$70,130.00 per year Work Location: In person
