Track project milestones, budgets, and resources; report regularly to leadership on progress and risks. Digital Publishing & Platform Oversight Optimize workflows for responsive design, accessibility and SEO best practices. Maintain publishing checklists, metadata accuracy, and editorial standards across platforms. Collaboration & Communication Lead regular production meetings and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on deliverables. Support editors and art directors in coordinating freelance contributors and external vendors. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process efficiencies and digital-first innovations. Monitor analytics and reader engagement metrics Stay current on emerging publishing tools, trends, and digital storytelling techniques. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in digital media, publishing, or content production. Proven ability to manage complex editorial or creative projects from concept to launch. Strong familiarity with CMS platforms, digital asset management, and workflow tools (Monday). Excellent written and verbal communication skills; adept at balancing creative vision with operational rigor. Understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles, analytics and audience engagement. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines. Bonus Assets Experience with multimedia publishing (video, podcasts, interactive content). Familiarity with digital advertising operations and branded content integration. Background in journalism, communications or digital design.
