Responsibilities Provide inside support to all Lighting, Data & Communication customers and showroom business. Develop a high level of product and service knowledge in Data, Communications, Residential Automation & CCTV products with ongoing training and support as required. Review applications and present solutions with our product offering. Prepare quotations and proposals using EECOL’s CRM program, Excel, and Adobe PDF. Provide technical support on all products sold and research solutions for customer problems. Maintain a high level of service to existing customers; manage the customer relationship from contract execution through delivery to after‑sales service, generating additional sales through upselling. Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor, and attitude at all times. Achieve sales quotas and grow EECOL’s Data, Communications, Residential Automation & CCTV market share. Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, drawings, expediting and procedures. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Experience with EECOL, including knowledge of shipping, receiving, and counter sales. Order desk and previous outside sales experience an asset but not required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced branch. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel and attend sales events, exhibits or training. Motivated team player with high energy and enthusiasm. About Us This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, EECOL also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. Depending on the role, equity and other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of the total compensation package.
