As the business expands production capabilities and brings more assembly operations in-house, this is a newly created, strategic role offering significant scope to shape manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking engineer who thrives in a dynamic, hands‑on manufacturing environment and wants to make a real impact on how products move from design to delivery. You’ll be at the heart of production operations, optimizing processes, implementing preventative maintenance programs, improving workflow, and ensuring products reach customers efficiently and reliably. Our client is an established and expanding manufacturing organization with ambitious growth plans. With a strong technical team and a collaborative culture, this is an exciting opportunity to join a business that values innovation, proactive problem‑solving, and continuous improvement. In this role, you’ll have ownership of key manufacturing processes, driving efficiency across multiple production cells, improving output, and minimizing downtime. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and customer service — to ensure smooth operations and deliver high‑quality products on time. This role will suit an experienced manufacturing professional with a background in mechanical or process engineering, strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and a passion for improving production flow. Experience with hydraulics, OEM assembly, or fluid systems is highly desirable but not essential.
