About the Role The Regional Sales Representative operates from Calgary or Edmonton and owns the sales strategy and results for Pet Specialty retailers in under‑developed Canadian markets. The role includes on‑road travel (four days a week) and focuses on building relationships and driving growth for Nulo and its retail partners. What you’ll do Maintain and grow an account base focused on Canadian Pet Specialty stores through in‑person and telesales visits. Drive sales velocity and distribution growth while furthering Nulo’s reputation as a trusted partner. Conduct effective sales presentations, product demonstrations, business reviews and negotiate contracts to secure new business. Assist retailers with merchandising, purchasing and replenishment planning. Participate in trade shows and conventions. Partner with distributor sales representatives to establish and service accounts. Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor analysis and market insights to identify growth opportunities. Serve as a subject‑matter expert on all Nulo product offerings to provide insight and education to retailers, distributors and consumers. What we are looking for 3+ years of demonstrated success in a high‑growth sales position; experience in CPG or pet industry is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A goal‑oriented mindset with an appetite for surpassing sales targets. Comfortable leveraging data to drive strategic conversations with customers. Outstanding work ethic and dedication to building partnerships. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
