It combines the responsibilities of an office manager, general manager, executive assistant, and HR lead. You’ll work directly with our C‑suite, support our project teams, and build the systems that keep our company efficient, organized, and inspiring.We need someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment—a problem solver, people‑person, and natural organizer who can help us scale while staying true to our creative culture.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack and manage employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and complianceEnsure office policies and procedures are consistently followedOversee invoicing for projects and assist with financial documentationSupport HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee recordsUtilize QuickBooks (or similar software) for bookkeeping tasks, expense tracking, and financial reportingReconcile financial records and assist in preparing operational budgetsFoster positive office culture, including coordinating events (birthdays, team outings, holidays)Inventory & Procurement ManagementManage office inventory and project resource procurementMaintain vendor relationships to ensure efficiency and cost‑effectivenessPolicy Implementation & ReportingDevelop and implement internal office policies to optimize workflowsPrepare and present regular operational performance reports to leadershipQualificationsUniversity degree required (preferably in Business Administration, Management, or related fields)Strong experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting softwareHR experience, including recruitment and employee relations, is an assetPrior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑suite leadership is preferredStrong bookkeeping and basic accounting knowledgeExcellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilitiesStrong leadership and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general software literacyWhat We OfferA collaborative and supportive work environmentOpportunities for professional development and career growthRelaxed and modern office cultureTo ApplyPlease send your resume to careers@6ixgroup.ca with the subject line: Office Manager – [Your Name] #J-18808-Ljbffr
