Our Workday team is looking for a professional like you with the skills and drive to make a real difference.What You Will DoDemonstrate a thorough understanding of complex HR technology and implementation conceptsWork with a wide range of clients to implement Workday Payroll and lead client project teams to deliver successful engagementsDeliver and manage projects to budgetProvide quality service and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables within expected timeframesMonitor progress, manage risk and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomesWork across various stakeholder groups including end users, functional teams, operations, infrastructure, etc. to transfer knowledge and resolve problemsPrepare reports and/or presentations to keep KPMG, client leaders and/or relevant stakeholders apprised of the overall project statusFocus on deliverables and client business prioritiesDevelop people by providing constructive on-the-job feedback and trainingFoster an innovative and team-oriented work environmentDemonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledgeKeep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledgeDevelop long-term client relationships and networksProvide production cutover/transition support and production support assistanceBecome an expert in Workday payroll and contribute to share your product knowledge, skills, and learnings with others within the IT Advisory and Management Consulting PracticesCanadian travel may be requiredWhat You Bring To The RoleA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universityAt least 3-5 years of implementation experience focused on enterprise payroll solutions with at least one full life cycle implementation (Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Ultimate Software, Ceridian, ADP or other similar software)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to clearly identify and articulate the problem and develop solutions to address client requirementsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Experience working directly with clients (both functional and technical stakeholders)Workday payroll certification (definite asset)KPMG BC Region Pay Range InformationThe expected base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $127,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
