OverviewOracle CX Incentive Compensation Specialist (contract) – CapgeminiWe are seeking an experienced Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Specialist to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of commission and settlement processes for vendors and dealers. This role requires strong expertise with Oracle CX tools to automate and streamline incentive programs, ensuring accurate and timely payouts, compliance, and performance tracking. You will be responsible for configuring modules, maintaining settlement rules, and providing data-driven insights to support business goals.ResponsibilitiesDesign and configure Oracle CX Incentive Compensation modules for vendor and dealer commission programs.Develop and maintain comp plans, performance measures, settlement rules, crediting logic, and payout structures aligned with business objectives.Collaborate with Sales, HR/HCM, Finance, and Operations teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless cross-functional integration.Monitor and troubleshoot commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.Generate both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom reports and dashboards for performance analysis and audit compliance.Support UAT, provide training, and prepare documentation for end-users and stakeholders.Technical ProfileExpertise with Oracle CX Incentive Compensation (IC) modules.Experience with Incentive Module/SPM, Partner Management, and Service Requests.Skilled in creating OOTB and Custom Reports.Proficiency in Customization using App Composer and Groovy scripting.Strong data analysis and workflow automation capabilities.Functional ProfileDeep understanding of vendor and dealer ecosystems and commission models.Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle CX solutions.Strong collaboration across Sales, HR/HCM, Finance, and Operations.Proven ability to support compliance, audit readiness, and reporting needs.Skills SummaryCore Expertise: Oracle CX Incentive Compensation, Settlement & Commission Programs, Vendor/Dealer EcosystemsLanguages & Frameworks: Groovy scriptingBuild & Testing Tools: UAT support, Oracle configuration & customization testingOther Tools & Technologies: Oracle App Composer, OOTB & Custom Reports, Partner Management, Service RequestsSoft Skills: Stakeholder collaboration, Business analysis, Problem-solving, Communication, Training & DocumentationCompensation & RequirementsThe pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $49.83/hour - $77.86/hour.
