Kainos is a leading partner of Workday Adaptive Planning. We’re looking for a Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to join our Professional Services team, who help our clients transform their business planning needs (budgeting, revenue, personnel, KPIs, quotas/capacity, territories, reporting & analytics) with the Adaptive Planning Business Planning Cloud. You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for implementations for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Planning solution suiteWork with clients to understand their current planning process, and take a consultative approach to move legacy models into Adaptive PlanningLeverage your expertise to recommend the best solution based on the client’s requirements, budget, and timeframe, with the flexibility to adapt the scope as additional needs are identifiedGuide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of each client’s unique business requirements at all stages of the projectExperience:5+ years’ experience in accounting/financial management – particularly budgeting and planning and management reporting – 2 - 4 years' experience implementing at least one Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) system (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Host Analytics, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion) Advanced or expert proficiency in Excel, in particular designing and building complex financial planning modelsExcellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines Previous consulting experience is idealAt Kainos we use technology to solve real problems for our customers, overcome big challenges for businesses, and make people’s lives easier.
