Position Summary:The Reign Activation Team is a national Consumer Engagement Marketing program for Monster Energy Company. The purpose of the program is to:Generate Trial of Monster Energy Drink products by consumersCommunicate the Monster brand message to consumers/partners/peers/customersAssist with Lead Generation for Sales DivisionDevelop and Strengthen Key Account RelationshipsBuild Centers of Influence NetworkSupport Marketing department with event set up, activation and tear downSupport Sales efforts through event/customer sampling activationSupport Sales efforts in trade through “Street Team” merchandising at retail accountsEssential Job Functions:Ambassadors will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:Actively generate trial of Monster Energy through guerrilla samplingDistribute POS as required to consumers to reinforce brand loyaltyResponsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster Energy CompanyArrive on time and adhere to shift scheduleMaintain the brand appearance and wear proper uniformEnsure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with consumersRespond in a timely manner to CEM Team LeaderInventory, cleaning and organization of warehouses/storage areasAssist with Marketing event planning, set up, activation and tear downAssist with Sales in trade merchandising at retail accountsPosition Requirements:Must be able to stand for long periods of timeMay be required to travel when necessaryMust be available to work at least one shift per week (no exceptions)Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs when requiredMust have a clean driving record (drivers abstract required)Must hold valid driver’s license of the Province you are employedMust Pass Criminal Background CheckMust be comfortable driving a lifted pickup truck in urban/downtown, suburban and highway settingsMust be 21 years of age or olderThis position is Part Time up to 30 hours a weekBase Pay Rate: C$20.00/hrPlease Note: This is a part time position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
