Position: Service Leader (Service Supervisor) The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. What You’ll Do Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served. Help resolve food quality issues. Support food safety by ensuring hand washing and glove changes, monitoring time and temperature on the line, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist and food safety policies and procedures. Resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences. Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules. Develop and cross‑train front‑of‑house crew. Assist with crew performance reviews. Develop future Service Leaders. Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork. Ensure office equipment remains in working order and order office supplies as necessary. What You’ll Bring To The Table Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy. Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures. Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters. Familiarity with office paperwork. Proficiency in the primary language(s) of the work location. High school diploma. Restaurant experience. Open availability of at least four (4) days per week, including two (2) of Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday. Open availability means you may be scheduled for any eight‑hour shift during that day.
