The Talent We are looking for a dynamic NetSuite Account Executive who thrives in enterprise software sales. You have a proven track record navigating complex B2B sales cycles and deep appreciation for cloud-based technologies. You build lasting client relationships and drive ambitious growth plans. The Commitment Sales Process Management Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and deliver client proposals. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Client Engagement Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers. Utilize a consultative selling approach to address client needs and propose tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and articulate the value of NetSuite in solving business challenges. Collaboration And Coordination Partner with Sales Associates (SAs) to provide seamless support throughout sales cycles. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution designs and proposals. Work closely with delivery teams to guarantee smooth project transitions. Pipeline And Reporting Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive consistent growth. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Travel And Outreach Attend client meetings, presentations and industry events, requiring up to 30–40 % travel. The Essentials Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus. 3–5 years of B2B enterprise software sales experience. Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and application to business processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Collaborative, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and thrives in dynamic environments. Proficiency in sales data analysis and market trend assessment. Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Willingness to work closely with cross‑functional teams. The Add‑Ons Familiarity with cloud computing technologies. Experience within the NetSuite industry. International experience is a bonus. Experience with third‑party platforms and marketplaces.
