Our teams work with public, Indigenous, and private sector clients on diverse range of civil infrastructure projects including land development, municipal roadways, linear infrastructure, drainage and hydrology, water/wastewater systems, solid waste, and stormwater management. What You’ll Do Deliver functional, preliminary, and detailed designs in AutoCAD Civil 3D that meet project requirements for roads, municipal infrastructure, drainage, bridges and culverts. Produce clear, coordinated drawings (plans, profiles, and sections) that support efficient construction and minimize rework. Develop cost estimates, quantity take‑offs, and tender packages that help clients make informed, cost‑effective decisions. Perform accurate fieldwork – including surveying, layout, and inspection – to verify design accuracy and support successful project delivery. Operate Total Stations and GPS systems to ensure reliable data collection and seamless integration into design workflows. Support contract administration through proactive site reviews, timely reporting, and effective communication with contractors. Maintain organized project documentation and collaborate closely with colleagues to achieve project quality, budget, and schedule goals. What You Bring A diploma in Civil Engineering Technology or Technician program and eligibility for CET designation. Proficiency in design software, particularly AutoCAD Civil 3D. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong oral and written communication abilities. The ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects effectively. A valid Ontario driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Experience in a consulting environment (considered an asset). Knowledge of the Drainage Act (considered an asset) A genuine interest in contributing to community development.
