Marmon Industrial Water Limited is a worldwide supplier of water treatment and Cooling Tower Equipment and Service, operating under diverse conditions in more than 30 countries on 6 continents. The Senior Accountant will ensure the integrity of accounting information and accurate financial statements through strong internal controls and accounting knowledge. Summary of Responsibilities Proactive management of month‑end accounting, reporting and account reconciliations. Support budget & forecast preparation and reporting according to schedule. Provide information and analysis to support business decisions. Manage and prepare parent company reporting requirements through Hyperion. Ensure compliance with Marmon’s Standard Practice Instructions, Sarbanes‑Oxley, Internal Controls, FCPA and support internal audits. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status. Implement new processes and systems, such as ACH payments, to ensure continued improvement. Act as a finance partner to leadership and project teams. Ad hoc projects as needed and other duties as required. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years related experience. University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. Accounting designation (preferred). Problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset. Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles. Experience with Epicor or similar ERP platforms. Self‑motivated, organized, with strong attention to detail. Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job‑related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
