Province: QuebecBranch: BouchervilleEmployment Type: Full TimeNumber of Positions: 1Share:SUMMARYAs a Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing a geographic sales territory while ensuring market share growth and customer relationship development. The Territory Manager will also be responsible for expense control, CRM updates and monthly and annual sales forecasts.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSell Nors products relating to our CRANE division (Fassi, National Crane, Grove);Manage all costs associated with territory management (expenses).Identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers through site visits within assigned territory;Be prepared to travel within territoryProvide monthly and yearly sales forecasts on a timely basis;Gathering trade appraisal information;Preparing initial costing sheets before new deals;Facilitate the smooth completion of deals as liaison with customer;Assist with RFQs/RFPs;CORE COMPETENCIES:Strong problem solving and decision-making skills;Support the mission, values and values of Nors Construction Equipment Canada ST.Ability to plan and implement business solutions while maintaining ‘bottom line’ focus;Preform as an effective team-member with strong inter-personal communication and inter-active abilities;Be goal and objective-driven;Creatively persistent with exceptional listening skills.EDUCATION/ TRAINING:Post-secondary diploma and/or relevant work experience in sales;Finance/lease training;Attendance and completion of product training.Experience in the truck crane industry will be considered an assetHEALTH AND SAFETY:It is our expectation that all Nors Employees will conduct their work in a safe manner, abide by all Nors safety policies and report all hazardous conditions and unsafe work procedures.
