Your ImpactAs a Principal Product Manager, you will drive transformative Enterprise Service Management solutions that change lives. You will define product investment strategies for growth and retention, leverage cloud delivery processes, and manage field communication, market feedback, and validation. You will be an evangelist for our products, fostering customer‑centric product development solutions that shape the future and impact lives on a global scale. As a Principal Product Manager, You Will Bring extensive industry and organizational knowledge, applying advanced expertise in the Asset and Service Management, Discovery and Configuration Management area. Own product vision and strategy across the life cycle, utilizing project management tools for effective execution. Take a proactive role and independently manage multiple products, demonstrating effective organizational and multitasking skills. Integrate and drive cross‑functional teams, ensuring exceptional results through collaboration and navigation. Develop effective solutions for broad projects, evaluating variable factors in depth and adapting complex techniques. Make critical decisions as a project team leader, foster valuable networks with external contacts, and provide guidance on complex matters within your expertise. Possess 8‑12 years of previous professional experience. What You Need To Succeed Market Analysis: Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Service Management (ITSM/ESM) Asset Management (ITAM/SAM), Discovery and CMDB industry. Product Development: Demonstrated expertise in product development methodologies, including Agile and SAFe, with the ability to drive the entire product lifecycle. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics, enabling data‑driven decision‑making and product optimization. Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of software development, IT asset management, and information technologies to effectively communicate with development teams and make informed technical decisions. Project Management: Competency in project management tools and techniques to plan, execute, and monitor product development projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery. UX/UI Design: Familiarity with user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles to create products that provide exceptional user experiences and meet design standards.
