Ordering, receiving, storing and rotating inventory of all required food and supplies. Maintaining safety and sanitation in the kitchen to meet legislative and organizational standards. Communicating regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction with foodservice. Supervising and mentoring cooks to ensure performance meets standards. About You A Culinary Arts Diploma and a valid Red Seal Certificate. A valid Food Handler’s Certificate. Minimum 2 years of both culinary and leadership experience. Experience with large quantity food preparation. Ability to read & follow detailed recipes/instructions as required. Ability to provide a clear criminal record check upon hire. A passion for the healthcare sector and/or ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services and care.
