We are looking for experienced US AZ Drivers to work out of our location in Etobicoke, Ontario, and willing to haul to the East Coast.We offer a stable schedule to help you plan your home life. No more missing important events. Work Schedule: Start either Thursday or Friday and be away from home for 5 days a week.ResponsibilitiesOperate and drive tractors and move freight in a safe and responsible manner, in compliance with all laws and transportation regulations, while maintaining a safe driving record.Maintain compliance with XTL Transport policies and procedures, while working safely.As an XTL Driver Ambassador, establish and maintain positive working relationships with primary contacts at each account.Complete all necessary paperwork fully and accurately.Collaborate with the dispatch team to drive dedicated routes.Able to keep an electronic log (e-log) and log hours efficiently.Maintain a positive attitude towards customers.Maneuver trucks into loading and unloading positions.Collect and verify delivery instructions.QualificationsMust have valid AZ driver license — mandatory.1 year of commercial cross-border driving experience — mandatory.Clean driving abstract and CVOR preferred.Clear criminal search — mandatory.Fast Card is an asset.What XTL OffersDedicated truck and single runs.Fully automatic international trucks (2019–2021) with renewal every 3–4 years.Flexible schedule and on-site parking.Dedicated driver manager and a professional work culture.Regular home time: back home every week and regular customers in the States.Friendly environment with an open-door policy.Safety-first focus and adherence to hours of service.Well-maintained fleet.Benefits from Day 1 (Dental, Extended health care, Life insurance, Vision care).RRSP program matched up to 3% by XTL.Salary: $25.91– $27.54 per hour.Employment DetailsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentLocation: Mississauga, Ontario and Etobicoke, Ontario (as applicable)How to Apply — Please call or meet in person for more details about the pay package: 1-800-665-9318, press 5 to be transferred to a Talent Acquisition specialist.
