Attend to cleaning and maintenance tasks, taking ownership of the site. Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Communicate daily with all site associates. Collect rent and follow up on defaults. Keep vacancy to a minimum and achieve net operating income targets through effective resident service. Conduct inspections of vacant and upcoming suites. Lease and show suites. Answer rental inquiries within the provided guidelines. Perform annual suite inspections. Prepare and deliver bank deposits. Manage administrative duties, including processing paperwork for the site and other associates. Ensure contractors arrive on schedule and complete work as specified in contracts. Maintain proper and accurate inventory management. Perform snow removal, cleaning, and touch‑up painting as required. Complete all required administration on a tablet. Carry out other tasks assigned by the leader. Experience & Educational Requirements 2 years of customer service experience preferred. Post‑secondary education is an asset. Technical Requirements Computer experience required; web‑based programs preferred. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technology. Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset. Non‑Technical Requirements Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Dedicated to building better communities for all customers and surrounding communities. Take responsibility for actions and decisions, following through to resolution. Excellent listening and telephone etiquette skills. Exceptional problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and prioritize. Excellent time‑management skills. Handle sensitive and confidential matters. Remain calm and in control while maintaining patience, empathy, and understanding. Work independently (self‑managed) and as part of a team. Adapt to change and remain flexible. Show high initiative and commitment to success, aligned with Boardwalk’s mission. Demonstrate a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and assertiveness. Walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift for up to eight hours. Maneuver or lift up to 10 kg with proper equipment. Interested applicants are invited to submit a cover letter and resume.
