Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career development and skill enhancement within a leading company in the energy sector Competitive benefits package, including generous time off Flexibility to work from home on certain days and options for variable daily schedules Engaging work environment with a commitment to innovation and sustainability Temporary assignment with fully paid benefits for a duration of 3+ years What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Provide senior‑level technical support on measurement, gas quality, pressure control, and line break processes to various client groups Guide the design and operation of meter stations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Plan and ensure completion of Measurement Canada regulatory requirements in collaboration with relevant teams Develop and enforce the gas quality program, including standards and reporting, with presentations to senior leadership Act as a subject matter expert on vendor‑supplied devices and perform technical calculations related to measurement equipment What is Required (Qualifications): Related university degree in a technical discipline with 7+ years of experience or 10+ years of field operations measurement experience Experience with measurement equipment in the natural gas industry is an asset Excellent knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., CSA, AGA, API, GPA) Ability to provide day‑to‑day technical support and troubleshoot measurement data issues Willingness to travel to field locations across North America as needed How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with various measurement devices such as meters, analyzers, and PC/OPP systems Previous experience in regulatory compliance and reporting in the energy sector #EnergySector #CareerDevelopment #FlexibleWork #TechnicalExpertise #Inclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
