Job Type: Full-timeWhere: In-Office at Hamilton, Ontario.Expected hours: 35 – 40 per weekResponsibilities:Be the brand’s voice on social media: write captions, respond to DMs, comments, and nurture community conversationResearch trends and develop content ideas tailored to each platformCreate scroll-stopping photo, video, and visual content, from ideation to editingCollaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with campaignsMaintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity across all channelsReach out to influencers for brand collaborations and cross promotionsMonitor performance and community feedback to continuously improve contentRequirements:Proven experience as a content creator or social media managerExcellent copywriting and storytelling skillsStrong eye for design, aesthetics, and visual storytellingProficiency in photo and video editing tools (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.)Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and emerging platformsPassion for culture, internet trends, and engaging online communitiesBonus: experience with paid social, analytics tools, or influencer outreachExperience:1-2 years in a content creator role, with a history of exceeding reach targets.Strong familiarity with content creation tools, social media apps, and CRM management tools.Please share your portfolio link which includes any short form video(s) created and edited by you.Preferred Education/Certifications:Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related creative fieldCertifications in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management (e.g. Meta Blueprint, Hootsuite Academy, HubSpot, Google Digital Garage)Bonus if you’ve completed relevant online courses from platforms like Coursera, Skillshare, or LinkedIn Learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
