Construction Project Manager Join Prism Construction Ltd. as a Construction Project Manager. This role requires a seasoned professional to manage commercial and industrial building projects from start to finish in Delta, BC. Prism Construction has 40+ years in the industry, delivering warehouses, showrooms, self‑storage, food facilities and large‑scale developments. Pay Base pay range: $115,000 – $140,000 per year. What You'll Do Direct all phases of assigned projects, from pre‑construction through turnover. Control budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards. Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and progress claims. Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and municipalities. Lead and mentor field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with Prism’s systems and procedures. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable follow‑through. Qualifications Minimum 7‑10 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction. Track record of managing multi‑million dollar projects independently. Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and permitting processes in B.C. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/project‑management software knowledge is an asset. Commitment to Prism’s values: humility, ownership, and care. Compensation & Benefits Full‑time, permanent role.
