About the Role As a Supervisory Engineer, CANDU & Nuclear Facility Mechanical Engineering, you will be the Technical Lead for projects that support BOP mechanical scopes for CANDU nuclear power plants (e.g., Bruce Power) and nuclear facilities (e.g., CNL). You will report to the Senior Manager, Balance of Plant Mechanical Engineering and be located at our Kitchener, Ontario facility. A hybrid work schedule will apply. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of 10+ employees and possibly contractors. Serve as Technical Lead for projects supporting BOP mechanical scopes for CANDU nuclear power plants and nuclear facilities. Identify mechanical resources within GOS' Plant and Design Engineering department to support Canadian projects. Provide resources and support for major projects such as AP1000 and AP300. Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Long‑term Operations) in developing estimates, technical descriptions, and project offers. Qualifications Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering required. Master of Science (M.S.)/MBA preferred. 12+ years of engineering experience. Experience coordinating information flow across multiple teams. Leadership experience and understanding of project management and financial models. P.Eng. Licence. Ability to work in an international team environment. Travel 10‑25% of the time. Travel to the U.S. on Westinghouse business is a bona fide job requirement, subject to DOE rules and export laws.
