The Client Experience LeaderOur client is a Client Experience Leader to support and guide their Commercial and Personal Lines servicing teams. In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for developing team members, ensuring workflow consistency, and driving operational performance. You’ll also champion system optimization, data quality, and contribute directly to complex client solutions when needed. You excel in coaching teams, streamlining workflows, and supporting technology-driven service delivery.
