Our Delta office is growing, and we’re looking for a Manager who’s excited to lead, coach, and grow—both with our team and with our clients.This is a full-time, in-person role based in Delta, BC. The salary range for this position is $75,000 – $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities Lead the way – Oversee and manage client engagements from kickoff through to delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and value every step of the way. Be a mentor – Coach, train, and inspire colleagues while creating an environment where people do their best work. Drive growth – Develop and strengthen client relationships while identifying new opportunities to add value. Deliver with impact – Manage engagement teams, streamline processes, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and with excellence. Think big picture – Play an active role in building out the future of our practice in Delta and beyond. Qualifications Proven ability to manage client files and lead compilation and review engagements from start to finish. Experience managing and mentoring teams, with a passion for helping people grow. Strong technical accounting and assurance skills (ASPE/ASNPO expertise is an asset). Minimum 3-5 years’ of public practice experience, specifically preparing personal tax returns, GST and PST returns, trust returns, and corporate tax returns. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture for clients and the firm. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills. Why Join Us?
