Assistant Director – Only About Children Join us as an Assistant Director at Only About Children (OAC) Concord West. Responsibilities Lead and support the day‑to‑day operations of the kindergarten. Collaborate with teachers, parents and staff to create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning setting. Maintain high standards of student welfare, safety and wellbeing. Represent OAC in community events and promote our educational philosophy. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education. Prior Assistant Director or senior leadership experience. Excellent communication skills, delivered with warmth, clarity and care.
