Role Overview The Store Manager oversees all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staffing, inventory management, and customer service. The role requires recruiting, training, motivating a high‑performing team, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities Recruit and hire strong, sales‑focused individuals through job boards and networking. Train, coach, and develop sales associates to exceed sales targets. Lead by example as the Chief Culture Officer of the store. Create and manage weekly scheduling for all sales associates. Support sales associates in daily activities and resolve operational issues. Qualifications 5–10 years retail sales experience with a focus on building client relationships. Proven track record in cross‑selling multiple products and services. Experience leading and developing a high‑performing sales team while managing turnover. Strong network of sales representatives who can interact with clients of all ages.
