OverviewSenior Analyst, Client Reporting at BrookfieldThe Senior Analyst, Client Reporting (SFA) will be part of the Brookfield Asset Management Credit and Insurance Solutions Advisor Group (Credit), focusing on Client Reporting and Finance & Operations to support and enhance these functions. The role reports to the Director, Client Reporting and will be multi-faceted, gaining exposure by working with leadership and various teams across the broader Credit and Brookfield organization.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Reporting: Monitor client reporting obligations across Credit clients to ensure deliverables comply with governing legal agreements; prepare and/or review quarterly client reporting packages, including financial statements, distribution notices, and ad hoc investor inquiries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across deliverables.Fund Servicing: Assist in the design and enhancement of projection models to deliver more accurate and timely cash flow forecasts for the Investments team; manage the monthly process for calculating and reviewing fund commitments and performance metrics to support portfolio monitoring and decision-making; manage the monthly LP valuation process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pricing and cost allocations; coordinate with internal and external auditors to maintain and validate key controls related to the valuation process; manage ad hoc information requests from investors, auditors, and internal stakeholders, providing timely and well-supported analyses.Fund of Fund Reporting: Coordinate with external fund administrators and Investor Relations in the preparation and review of quarterly and annual reports for Fund of Funds vehicles in accordance with U.S. GAAP; manage adhoc investor inquiries, investor subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers; manage the end-to-end annual audit process for the Fund of Funds in coordination with external auditors and fund administrators; prepare and distribute quarterly capital activity notices and capital account statements for investors including Fund of Fund performance reporting.Leadership and Expertise Development: Assess current state and propose strategic and technology initiatives to achieve enhanced investor experiences, drive operational change, and streamline processes to improve internal efficiencies; develop subject matter expertise and coordinate with and facilitate the management of key financial and operational areas including investor reporting, valuations and performance measurement.Qualifications & RequirementsUniversity degree in Business or FinanceRecognized professional accounting designation (CPA, CFA) – preferredMinimum of 3 years of financial services-related experience; asset management experience is preferredStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups with large datasetsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines and complete work accurately and efficientlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work; ability to work effectively with all levels and departments within a complex organizationBrookfield is committed to maintaining a Positive Work Environment that is safe and respectful; our shared success depends on it.
