Join our team and put your talents to good useBiogenie is looking for a sales agronomist representative for the Eastern Ontario region, a market with significant growth potential.Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Sales agronomist will provide first-rate service to existing customers and develop lasting relationships and prospect for new customers.The successful candidate must be able to offer sound agronomic advice, to inform and guide agricultural customers in their choices relating to fertilizing residual materials (ashes, pellets, paper biosolids, liming, etc.), compost and alternative fertilizers.Build and maintain a strong relationship with established agricultural customers and participate in the search of new customers to introduce a wide range of products that will help improve soil fertility and healthProvide agronomic support and advice on the use of organic materials and fertilizers.Monitor agricultural activities to ensure compliance of provincial regulations and ensure best management practices.Coordinate deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct field monitoring of crops that have received FRMs.Contribute to customer profitability and the profitability of the company’s projects.Participate in promotional activities such as trade shows, field days and raise awareness in the surrounding communities.Provide regular updates on the progress of its projects.Manage delivery deadlines of products and produce all required documents. Grâce à nos bureaux répartis à travers l’est du Canada, nous comptons sur un excellent positionnement stratégique pour soutenir des projets de petites et de grandes envergures, à différentes étapes dans le secteur de l’environnement.Job DescriptionBiogénie est à la recherche d’un représentant agronomiste commercial pour la région de l’est de l’Ontario, un marché à fort potentiel de croissance.Relevant du Directeur adjoint, l’agronome commercial offrira un service de premier ordre aux clients existants, développera des relations durables et prospectera de nouveaux clients.Le candidat retenu devra être en mesure d’offrir des conseils agronomiques solides, informer et guider les clients agricoles dans leurs choix relatifs à l’utilisation de matières organiques et fertilisantes (cendres, pellets, biosolides papier, calcaire, etc.), compost et fertilisants alternatifs.Bâtir un lien fort avec la clientèle agricole établie et participer à la recherche de nouveaux clients afin de leur offrir une gamme de produits améliorant la fertilité et la qualité des solsDonner un soutien et des conseils agronomiques en lien avec l’utilisation des matières organiques et fertilisantesProcéder au suivi des activités de valorisation agricole afin d’assurer la conformité des opérationsCoordonner les livraisons et s’assurer de la satisfaction de la clientèleEffectuer le suivi au champ des cultures ayant reçu des MRFContribuer à la rentabilité des clients et la rentabilité des projets de valorisationParticiper à des activités de promotion et à la sensibilisation des communautés environnantesDonner de la visibilité régulièrement sur l’avancement de ses dossiersRespecter les délais impartis pour livraison des livrables.
