The Seabee Gold Operation is located about 500 km northeast of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in the boreal forest. About Your New Role Reporting to the Supervisor, Mine Operations, the Miner is responsible for general pump care, construction of bulk heads, adding services to the mine, fan installations, etc. Your Key Responsibilities Bolting practices Bulkhead construction Fan installations Shotcreting Installing services Scoop operations Assist in loading longhole and development blasts Other required services to the underground mine Your Knowledge And Skills Strong work ethic Demonstrate a commitment to safety Good communication skills Positive and proactive attitude towards safety Your Education And Experience The successful candidate will have: One (1) year experience in an underground environment Construction experience preferably underground About Our Working Conditions This position has a schedule of two (2) weeks on, two (2) weeks off at our remote camp in northern Saskatchewan, working 12‑hour days with possibility of unscheduled overtime required on occasion. You will be required to fly in fly out of the site on designated days from a pick‑up point in either Saskatoon, Prince Albert or La Ronge.
