Responsibilities Lead multiple client facingengagement teams responsible for international corporate tax engagementsspecific to transfer pricing addressing inter-company transaction issues and inthe valuation of intangible assets Deliver industry and technicalexpertise relating to complex transfer pricing concepts and issues throughclient interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations andhigh-quality deliverables Develop transfer pricing andeconomic strategies that are practical, defensible and consistent with clients’overall corporate strategy Perform advanced pricingagreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planningapproaches Manage a portfolio of clientswhile understanding their business, key risks and ways to deliver added value;ensuring their needs are met and that relationships and accounts grow anddevelop Accountable for engagementplanning and scheduling as well as project financials (i.e. budgets, WIPS, timelybilling, collection and variance recognition) Maintain high quality control andapply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues relevantto the client’s business, financial entries and reports Network in the local businesscommunity, consider business development opportunities and contribute to thepreparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet clientneeds Contribute to the development ofnew ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes Mentor, motivate and coach team memberstowards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations,providing feedback and conducting performance reviews Maintain flexibility to travel,as necessary Skills and Experience Master’s degree in business,economics, statistics or finance is considered an asset 4 to 5 years of relevant publicaccounting and Transfer Pricing project experience Extensive working knowledge offinancial analysis, modeling, writing client reports and performing analyticalresearch Proven people management,relationship building and leadership skills MyRewards@MNP With a focus on high-potentialearnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our uniqueculture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.You will be rewarded with generous base pay, vacation time, 4 paid personaldays, a group pension plan with 4% matching, voluntary savings products, bonusprograms, flexible benefits, mental health resources, exclusive access to perksand discounts, professional development assistance, MNP University, a flexible‘Dress For Your Day’ environment, firm sponsored social events and more Diversity@MNP We embrace diversity as a corevalue and celebrate our differences.
