Our flagship platform - Lucid Business Agents Hub (Agent Mart) - helps enterprises build domain-ready AI agents for analytics & business process automation. We're scaling fast and looking for a creative, high-energy Marketing Specialist to grow adoption, generate qualified leads, and accelerate our GTM motion. What You'll Do Craft clear, compelling product messaging for AI Agents & Lucid Business Agents Hub Build & manage produce content: LinkedIn posts, videos, explainer scripts, case studies, short videos, one-pagers, decks, datasheets, landing pages, call-to-action pages & email campaigns. Translate technical capabilities (AI Agents, Model Context, MCP server, analytics BPA agents) into simple, business-friendly value propositions. Run end-to-end webinars – topic selection, promotion, live hosting & follow-up. Execute marketing campaigns for launches, webinars & new features. Manage social media, SEO, landing pages & newsletters. Lead marketing at major conferences: FabCon, Shoptalk, RCC, Databricks / Snowflake events & other tech events. Coordinate booth branding, event collateral, speaker scripts, and post-event lead campaigns. Build pitch decks, retail industry sheets, reference packs, customer success stories & demo storylines. Strengthen Lucid's brand across Canada, US & global markets. Produce collateral to support the sales team. Build online presence through consistent content that showcases our product innovation, partnership with Microsoft Fabric, and real enterprise impact. Must-Have Requirements (Strict) 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or Cloud Enterprise Software marketing - mandatory Strong storytelling skills – simplifying complex AI / tech concepts. Proven content creation experience (LinkedIn, website, email, video scripts). Hands‑on B2B webinar experience (planning, promoting, hosting, nurturing). Ability to run full marketing campaigns end-to-end. Comfort with designing marketing creatives & generating short‑form marketing videos (Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe tools, or AI video tools like Synthesia, Runway, etc.). Strong writing, editing & communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced startup environment. Nice-to-Have Experience with Microsoft Fabric or Databricks partner ecosystem. Product marketing background in AI, automation, analytics. Familiarity with HubSpot or marketing automation tools. Experience collaborating with designers, editors & video teams.
