BMROSS is a recognized leader in providing municipal engineering and advisory services to communities across southwestern Ontario. Our team delivers practical, cost-effective solutions for infrastructure planning, design, and implementation — helping municipalities manage growth, budgeting, and long‑term capital priorities.We are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Municipal Engineer to support our expanding municipal advisory and infrastructure design services. The successful candidate will work directly with municipal clients on a variety of planning and technical assignments, providing trusted guidance to support responsible community development and infrastructure renewal.ResponsibilitiesProvide advisory support to municipalities for budgeting, project planning, and capital forecasting.Lead or assist in the design, tender preparation, and contract administration of municipal infrastructure projects (water, sewer, roads, and drainage).Review and comment on development proposals, servicing studies, and site plan applications.Assist with engineering-related agreements, development approvals, and coordination with agencies and developers.Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and technical memoranda.Mentor junior technical and engineering staff.Participate in client meetings, committees, and municipal council sessions as required.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario or eligible for licensure.Minimum 5 years (Intermediate) to 10+ years (Senior) of relevant municipal engineering experience.Strong understanding of municipal operations, infrastructure planning, and the development review process.Effective communication, organization, and client relationship skills.Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office is an asset.Why BMROSS?Diverse portfolio of community-based municipal engineering projects.Combination of technical and advisory responsibilities, providing variety on a day to day basis and client engagement.Collaborative and supportive environment with experienced peers and mentors.Competitive compensation, benefits, RRSP matching plan, and flexible work arrangements.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.LocationSuccessful candidates may work from our Goderich, Mt.
