Sabio Law is hiring an experienced Estate Litigation Lawyer with a strong background in elder law, guardianship disputes, contested wills and probate‑related litigation. We are looking for someone who can manage files independently, support a senior estate litigator and contribute to a growing, high‑performing practice. What this role involves: Running a full estate litigation file load from intake to resolution. Handling contested wills, challenges to capacity and undue influence claims. Advising on elder law issues, decision‑making disputes and POA conflicts. Managing guardianship and capacity applications under the SDA. Litigating probate and administration disputes, including passing of accounts. Working with experts, preparing affidavits, drafting pleadings and attending hearings. Providing strategic guidance to clients in emotionally charged matters. Contributing to long‑term practice growth with a senior estate litigator.
