You’ll collaborate with global teams across engineering, clinical, and manufacturing disciplines to bring complex medical devices to life.What You’ll DoLead hardware architecture and design for multi-channel analog signal acquisition systemsDesign power management, front-end analog circuitry, filters, ADCs, MCUs, and digital interfacesArchitect secure wireless modules (BLE, Wi‑Fi, cellular) for remote transmission of sensitive dataCapture schematics using Altium Designer and guide PCB layout to meet performance targetsConduct circuit simulations and ensure compliance with global standards (IEC 60601, RoHS, etc.)Implement Design for Assembly (DfA) and Design for Test (DfT) to improve manufacturing and test coverageSupport medical regulatory requirements including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and FDA 21 CFR 820Troubleshoot complex system issues and develop robust corrective actions under clinical conditionsMentor junior engineers and lead global technical reviews across product development phasesInterface with global engineering teams and external technology partners to evaluate and adopt next-gen solutionsWhat You BringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline10+ years of experience in hardware design, preferably in a regulated or medical device environmentStrong expertise in analog and digital hardware developmentProven leadership in global product development and cross-functional collaborationProficiency in Altium Designer (schematics and layout guidance)Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindsetBonus Experience:FPGA development and digital signal processingFamiliarity with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 60601, IEC 62304, and FDA QS#INDNATUSCompensation and BenefitsAlong with a competitive salary and bonus structure, Natus offers a comprehensive healthcare package that starts on your first day of employment, paid statutory holidays, 3 weeks’ vacation and 7 sick days, RRSP Match, and tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 annually.Be the People part of the Neuro Solution.
