What You’ll DoImplementing, troubleshooting, and integrating complex software functionalities in C/C++ code, in a multicore target environmentApplying knowledge of real-time software development and wireless communication protocols (4G/5G NR)Designing, coding, and testing solutions in a timely mannerDocumenting system analysis, software designs, and test plansFollowing an Agile product development process, working collaboratively in cross-functional teamsContinuously keeping your competence and skills up to dateWhat You’ll Need To Get The Job DoneMinimum 5 years experience in a related field, and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering or Computer ScienceC programming experience is a mustGood 3GPP radio access standardization knowledge, including radio access algorithms and radio access protocolsExperience with developing/systemizing/testing software for 5G L1/L2 protocolsGood knowledge of test methodology, test tools and simulators on system and node level; some test cases and scenarios are automated, so knowledge in Java, Perl, XML, Python is a mustGood understanding of Linux and ability to use DPDK and Smart Network Interface cards to optimize the data processing pathUnderstand concepts like Docker containers, Kubernetes deployment, Helm charts and canary deploymentExperience of Cloud-Native Development Pipeline principles and tools – CI/CD (DevOps), Jenkins, Spinnaker is an assetGood knowledge in Git, Gerrit and JiraBe able to work with SW design, SW implementation and SW verification/integrationKnowledge about agile and lean ways of workingWhat Will Make Us REALLY Love YouSelf-driven and proactive approachGood documentation skills; strong troubleshooting skills in a large-scale systemOutstanding problem-solving ability, including debugging/analytical skillsExcellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear documentation for both colleagues and customersWhat You’ll Love About UsAt Syntronic, our employees are our greatest asset.
