Your Opportunity The Stantec Winnipeg office has an immediate need for a full‑time Structural Engineer – EIT to join our dynamic team. Your Key Responsibilities Working on a variety of projects. Interacting with a wide variety of clients and contractors. Utilizing structural design software. Investigating construction‑related issues for new and existing structures. Preparing and reviewing technical reports. Providing quality control and quality assurance services. Traveling to various sites to undertake field reviews. Engaging in a significant volunteer role with a trade association. Capabilities and Credentials Familiarity with Manitoba Building Codes and CSA material standards. Interest in working on architectural and industrial based projects. Self‑starter who is innovative and enjoys team collaboration. Education and Experience Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology or equivalent education. Minimum 4 years’ experience in CAD, BIM, and Navisworks operation and design on building projects. Typical office environment working with computers; sedentary. Field work may require travel and exposure to inclement weather.
