Responsibilities Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset. Educate guests on Aerie and AE product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex between the Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Assist teammates and collaborate to get the job done. Demonstrate integrity by adhering to AEO policies and procedures. Qualifications Love interacting with people. Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Available to work evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Passionate about AE and Aerie products. Have retail experience.
