Overview Remote (based in Saskatoon, SK) Part‑time Payroll Specialist (~20 hours a week) responsible for the implementation of ADP and ensuring accurate and timely processing of weekly, monthly, and bi‑weekly payrolls for all employees while maintaining payroll records and optimizing payroll processes. Responsibilities Act as a project lead on the implementation of ADP. Process payroll in compliance with federal and provincial legislation and internal policies. Review timekeeping records for accuracy, promptly addressing and resolving any identified discrepancies. Prepare statements of earnings for employees, indicating gross and net salaries and deductions. Qualifications Completion of post‑secondary education in accounting, payroll, finance, or a related field of study. Completion of Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP). 10 years of experience in payroll and T4 preparation within Canada. Experience with implementing ADP is a must. #J-18808-Ljbffr
