Our team is dedicated to continuous innovation, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving iGaming landscape.ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute research studies using a variety of methods including usability testing, in-depth interviews, diary studies, etc.Own the end-to-end research process within your domain including prioritizing & scoping, recruiting participants, collecting data, synthesizing and analyzing data, and delivering findingsPartner closely with cross-functional team members in identifying key research objectives and questions to address research needs across the product lifecycleTranslate research findings into actionable insights, and strategic narratives through compelling storytelling and creative artifacts, reports, and read-outsCommunicate research findings, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, including senior leadershipQualifications1-3 years of relevant experience in Design Research, UX Research or Human Factors Engineering (Bonus if you have industry experience)Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology, or related fieldStrong proficiency with qualitative or mixed-methods research and executing both evaluative and generative studiesA portfolio or case studies highlighting your end-to-end research process and the impact your work had on an organization, team, product, and/or featureExcellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholdersExperience with remote testing tools (e.g., dscout, UserTesting, UserZoom, etc.)A deep curiosity and passion for uncovering user needs, motivations, behaviors, and pain pointsBonus points for having comfort/familiarity with quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, log data analysis) or an interest in developing those skillsWhy Join Betting Hero?At Betting Hero, we don’t just lead the iGaming industry – we set the standard for what an exceptional workplace should be.
