Assisting students outside scheduled class time. Preparation of processes and site visits. Service and representation of the program on internal and external committees. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Marketing, Fashion Design or related discipline. Post‑secondary teaching experience – minimum 3 years preferred or a teaching credential. Five years related work experience in the fashion industry. Evidence of knowledge or expertise appropriate to the specific course content. Course Calendar Descriptions and Specific Qualifications FMRK 2105 Visual Fashion Merchandising & Promotion – practical exploration of visual merchandising, window and in‑store displays, and trend analysis. Qualifications: experience in visual merchandising, fashion promotion, and design planograms. FMRK 2115 Fashion Forecasting – examination of sociocultural and market trends in apparel. Qualifications: knowledge of consumer trends, market segmentation, and forecasting techniques. FMRK 2215 Fashion Events and Promotions – project management of fashion events, logistics, budgeting, and promotion. Qualifications: event planning experience, stakeholder coordination, and media promotion. FMRK 2241 Fashion Marketing Work Experience – 120‑hour work placement. Qualifications: internship experience in retail, wholesale, events, digital, or brand management. Salary and Benefits Placement on the salary scale depends on education and teaching experience.
