Discover how rewarding property management can be when you're surrounded by the right team.As a licensed Strata Manager (Community Manager), you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of residential strata complexesOnboarding new stratas complexes as new contracts are confirmedPrioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely mannerManaging projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely mannerCreating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutesAdministering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoicesRequirementsA valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA is requiredA positive and enthusiastic, hands-on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client serviceAbility to multi-task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients' expectationsAbility to work well independently and within a teamSuperior communication skills, both written and verbalSound knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies relating to strata corporationBenefitsHybrid Work Model with work from home opportunitiesAccess to support team37.5 hour work weekPaid Personal DaysPaid Sick daysVacationTwo additional paid statutory holidays each yearExtended Heath and DentalBenefits Plus programAccess to continued learning opportunitiesCertified "Great Place to Work" by employees 6 years in a rowCompensationCA$60,000.00/yr - CA$65,000.00/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr
