Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre Vice-président(e) Mode et en partenariat avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour donner vie aux concepts, des premiers croquis jusqu’à la présentation finale en showroom.Si vous êtes passionné(e) par la création de produits que les gens aiment porter et motivé(e) à laisser votre empreinte dans un environnement dynamique, collaboratif et créatif, ce poste est fait pour vous.Vos responsabilitésDéveloppement de produitsConcevoir des collections de sacs à main, sacs de voyage mode, sacs pour hommes, sacs à lunch et sacs d’affaires mode, adaptées à l’identité de chaque marque et aux besoins du marché.Créer des collections exclusives de marques privées pour les comptes nationaux, en accord avec les tendances saisonnières et les profils clients.Concevoir pour plusieurs marques et catégories tout en préservant l’ADN propre à chacune.Mener des recherches sur les tendances et le marché à l’aide d’outils tels que WGSN afin d’identifier les grandes orientations en matière de matériaux, couleurs, silhouettes et préférences des consommateursExécution du designAssurer la création de fiches techniques précises et détaillées pour le développement des échantillons.Examiner les échantillons d’usine et les commentaires des acheteurs, compiler les retours et communiquer les révisions nécessaires, dans le respect des processus du département.Gérer les échéanciers et les itérations d’échantillons, de la première soumission jusqu’à l’approbation finale.Organiser et maintenir la bibliothèque des pièces afin de garantir cohérence et accessibilité.Collaborer avec les usines, les équipes Import et CRO pour assurer la bonne transposition des designs en produits finis.Suivre rigoureusement le calendrier de développement afin de respecter toutes les échéances internes et externesCollaboration interfonctionnelleTravailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes, notamment les ventes, l’importation, le design et le bureau de Chine, tout en respectant les processus et flux de travail du départementVotre profilDiplôme en design ou domaine connexe3 à 5 ans d’expérience en design d’accessoires mode (expérience en sacs à main fortement appréciée)Excellente maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative et du développement de tech packs.Bonne compréhension des matériaux, de la construction des sacs et des procédés de production de masse.À l’aise avec Mac OS, Microsoft Office et les plateformes de design basées sur l’IA (atout).Créatif(ve), rigoureux(se) et agile — capable de gérer plusieurs projets à la fois dans des délais serrés.Esprit collaboratif et bonnes aptitudes en communication.
