Resolves client problems in a prompt and effective manner, while ensuring that enhancement opportunities are identified and addressed or referred during client service interactions. Leads and executes business development plans so that business goals are achieved or exceeded. Participates on client calls as required. Addresses customer services issues according to established guidelines escalating as required. Develops solutions for customer issues by engaging multiple internal stakeholders as required. Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies. Leads the continuous improvement of client service processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining workflows, and enhancing service delivery efficiency. Collaborates with managers to develop and implement processes and procedures to meet client expectations and ensure consistency across the Commercial Bank segments. Oversees the management of audits and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements maintaining a strong control environment. Advises on business priorities and develops a strategic roadmap to drive execution and achieve long-term objectives. Drives large-scale operational improvements, leveraging new technologies and processes to enhance service delivery. Develops comprehensive reporting systems to track and measure the effectiveness of client service initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management. Manages resource allocation, ensuring that the client service team has the right balance of personnel, technology, and tools to meet current and future demands. Engages with clients to understand and diagnose service needs, ensuring concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. Responds to and facilitates the resolution of client service requests. Collects and analyzes client feedback to identify service gaps, enhance operational performance, and optimize client satisfaction. Ensures all client interactions, documentation, and issue resolutions comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do. Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion. Regularly connects work to BMO's purpose, sets inspirational goals, defines clear expected outcomes, and ensures clear accountability for follow through. Qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience Client Relationship, Financial Services or Service Excellence in a corporate or banking environment is preferred. Bachelor's degree preferred; Business Administration, Finance or Marketing preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered. Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge. Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position. BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
