Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Wound Care Classic LifeCare, a family‑run home care agency with over 50 years of experience, is seeking an LPN for wound care to join our team in the Greater Vancouver area, including Abbotsford, Burnaby, Chilliwack, Coquitlam, Langley, Mission, Richmond, and Vancouver. Salary: $35.00 per visit About Us Classic LifeCare is accredited by Accreditation Canada and specializes in comprehensive wound care. What We Offer Competitive wages Flexible hours and part‑time schedule Professional development and training opportunities Supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Perform wound assessments Assist the nursing team in developing and implementing treatment plans Provide follow‑up care in clients' homes Utilize wound care tools and supplies Use provided personal protective equipment (PPE) Qualifications Current LPN license in British Columbia Valid First Aid and CPR certification Criminal record check with vulnerable sector clearance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation within Greater Vancouver Experience with wound care is an asset but not required; willingness to learn under supervision Strong communication, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills Ability to establish effective working relationships with healthcare professionals, family members, and relevant organizations Proficient in accurate, timely client care documentation using online systems How to Apply Submit your application online.
